Laura In India

If there is one place on the face of earth where all the dreams of living men have found a home from the very earliest days when man began the dream of existence, it is India.

London Airport

So Aditi and I made it safely to Heathrow airport! The adventure has begun!

We had to pick up some "Smokes" for Aditi's uncle so there we are in the TO duty free shop (two non-smokers) trying to pick out cigarettes... as we try and decided on who has the prettiest packaging (that's what makes cigarettes great right?) and after a frustrating 10 minutes of going through all the cartons we decide to ask someone what would be the best to buy... the only guy in the section is a man from England trying to buy "tobacco" for his son... and he turned around and asked us "what's the difference between tobacco and cigarettes?" Needless to say he was not helpful! We finally decided on a red brand because we decided that Canadian cigarettes in the pretty red carton would be the best.

We also found out what "Rocket" is in England... any guesses?

Stay tuned for my next post...

Go Laura!

I am pretty sure that rocket "refers" to those things that go to the moon or are part of missles.

Like I once, I read on the internet, that the "kids" sometimes maybe call a "joint" a "rocket".
